The Model ETM40 Electronic Throttle Module is de-signed to provide five modes of engine rpm control for trucks that use Ford 6.0 and 7.3 liter turbo diesel engines. Mode selection is via five inputs, and mode priority interlocking is provided.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ETM-40C IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL 1994 1/2 -2004 7.3L AND 6.0L DIESELS WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS, BUT THE ETM-40B IS REQUIRED FOR ANY 7.3L DIESELS WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS.

- Supports 2005 - 2009 diesel and gas engines with automatic or manual transmissions.
- Three user-adjustable speed presets with priority control.
- Variable speed input for remote control of fast idle speed.
- Diagnostic LEDs provide system and chassis sensors status.
- Works in conjunction with Ford’s built-in Stationary Elevated Idle Control (SEIC).
- Consistent speed ramp rate control between speed presets.

The ETM51 throttle module interfaces with the Ford SEIC (Stationary Elevated Idle Control) circuitry and the on board CANBUS to provide up to 3 user-controllable RPM pre-sets, and a single Variable RPM input for use with a single remote potentiometer (not provided).
